Little
Fox is a covers band with a sophisticated jazz-soul-funk
flavour that
sets them apart from a traditional function band. They play
funky dance songs and ballads that everyone will recognise
by artistes such as Aretha Franklin,
Tina Turner, Gwen Guthrie, Jocelyn Brown, Rose Royce, Sister
Sledge, Chaka Khan, Stevie Wonder, Deniece Williams, Gladys
Knight & Randy Crawford amongst others
Fronted
by fantastic vocalist Debbie Fox-Little, this six-piece
outfit features drums, bass, keyboards, guitar and a funky
sax player/vocalist. A hot favourite at clubs such as the
trendy jazz-soul-funk venue "hushgroove@The Mitre"
in Hampton Court, this band also performs at weddings and
private functions at venues such as hotels, golf clubs and
stately homes.
Its
distinctive jazzy flavour brings a fresh and funky feel
to contemporary upbeat songs and a sexy sophistication to
soulful ballads that sets it apart from the average function
band. The band members are all jazz musicians of the highest
calibre and their irresistible groove will pack the dance
floor.
Little
Fox normally play three 40-minute sets or two one-hour sets.
