Featuring
a powerful and charismatic lead vocalist, a tight and shimmering
brass section, supported by an experienced and driving rhythm
section, THE BIG KAHUNA show band will generate a party
atmosphere that you will never forget.
Put
together out of a desire to perform classic soul, blues,
reggae, funk and swing/jazz material, and to play with a
real quality and edge in a unique big band style. The objective
was to create an exceptional live show. Like minded, versatile
musicians came together with a wealth of experience and
ability to create.
Whether
your requirement is to provide the entertainment for your
annual company event, to complete your wedding day or to
celebrate a special birthday with a party that you and your
guests will be talking about for years to come, THE BIG
KAHUNA will provide you with that professional assurance.
The
band will generally play for 2 x one hour sets or 3 x 45
minute sets but are happy to adapt to fit in with your requirements.
When the band is not playing then CD music is provided through
the sound system to help keep the party going. The Big Kahuna
are not suitable for background music when you & your
guests are enjoying a meal. But when the lights go down
and you want to dance and party the night away - bring on
the Kahunas!
